If you're here it's because you are home due to COVID related reasons and need to still take part in physical education. Due to the type of activities and no internet outside, the best option for my class is to be asynchronous.
Below are five days/activities to participate in (if you're well enough) that you will log on the attached download and turn into me when you return. The day's activities can be done in any order.
